Return Value

Returns true if two ellipses are considered equal, false otherwise.

Remarks

Two ellipses are considered equal if they contain the same points. Two ellipses containing the same points may have a different (but parallel) normal vector and differently orientated axes.

The result of this test depends on the settings of the AbsoluteEpsilon variable.
